We provide the following advisory services to our clients:

Strategic consulting to corporations.
Intermediate- and long-term strategy for firms in the global transportation, logistics, and related service industries, including industry analysis and benchmarking and buy, build, or sell decisions. Short-term advisory support in relation to specific strategic opportunities and external inquiries. We can provide any of these services either on a project basis, where the scope of project is well-defined and the timetable definite, or on a retainer basis, where the client employs our services on an ad hoc basis.

Strategic consulting to financial sponsors.
Industry analysis and entry opportunities for firms considering purchases and strategic consulting (as above) for firms with existing portfolio companies in global transportation and logistics. Project-based or retainer-based consulting.

Mergers and acquisitions advisory.
Buy- and sell-side transaction execution, both exclusive and non-exclusive, and post-merger integration advice. We can act as exclusive advisor on small- to mid-sized transactions and as co-advisor with another bank on larger transactions where our expertise is required. Our fees can be structured either as success fees or flat advisory fees, depending on the transaction particulars and the client’s preferences.

General financial advisory to corporations.
Independent advice on capital raising alternatives, capital structure, and liability management. We can advise clients on selection of and fee negotiation with underwriters or other advisors, as well as the how-tos of effective transaction management. At the client’s request, we can supervise and manage the entire process of external capital raising for the client.

There are a few things we cannot do. We do not underwrite securities, we do not trade or make markets in commodities or financial instruments of any kind, we do not invest money for clients, and we do not offer accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. With rare exceptions, we generally do not work with individuals.
